In 2008 Richard Thomas created Five Star Youth Services Inc., to address the needs of the community today.  The agency philosophy is based on providing preventative services that will help develop the skills and the right attitudes of young generations.

Mr. Thomas has almost 30 years of experience working in social services.  He has been the director of a number of programs; and has put all his knowledge into creating and developing Five Star Youth Services.  The agency has an experienced trained staff with a number of volunteers who has served the agency since it was founded.
